My name is Neil, and live with my wife Chantal on a country lane in rural Leicestershire with my wife Chantal. Our two Golden Retrievers Sam and Ellie ensure that we are regularly out and about on the network of footpaths around the fields that surround us. Why this website? Over the years I have posted informal “blogs” on Facebook which have been favourably received by friends. I have wanted to have a go a building a website for (hopefully) a wider audience to share my posts on a variety of topics, and recent retirement has given me an opportunity to do so.
